ALLERGIES – Immune Systems Gone WILD!
Allergies have become a common ailment in this modern world, the fifth leading cause of lost days from work. Allergies are a sign of an immune system malfunctioning. They’re the breakdown of the body’s communication system, causing the offending allergen – whether it’s mold, cat hair, cedar, or dust – to be viewed by the body as an invader. As a result, the immune system gets activated to do its job of fighting the invader. A runny nose, watery eyes, scratchy throat, and congested sinuses let you know your body’s working to protecting you from a bacteria or a virus.
Call Out The Troops
Unfortunately, this hyperactive immune system has gone wild, mistaking pecan pollen or grass for a virus, and it calls out the troops and does battle. You consume medications to prevent the body from reacting to these invaders, and sometimes they’re successful and you feel temporary relief, which may satisfy you – but if you have to take medications for weeks or months, the effects can be unpleasant, so you seek out natural remedies like herbs.
A rapid non-medicinal treatment for airborne allergens was developed by the late Dr. Victor Frank – essentially, a method of telling the immune system not to respond to an allergen or allergens.
- The treatment is done with an activator tool on sequential points along the spine, in the presence of the offending allergen(s).
- One to four treatments are usually all that’s needed once the offending allergen has been identified.
- Typically, patients notice significant change within twenty-four hours – sometimes before they leave the office.
Dr. Frank treated three airborne allergies per visit. I studied with him for the first time 20 years ago and found his methodology to be fast and effective. In 1991 I developed a method of treating all airborne allergens at once. He had his research team try out the changes, asked me to teach it to the Total Body Modification Allergy Technique Research Seminar in Maui, Hawaii, and the technique is now taught and utilized all over the world by TBM practitioners, including chiropractors, medical doctors, and acupuncturists.
